Ultra filtration (UF)

Ultra filtration (UF) is a variety of membrane filtration in which hydrostatic pressure forces a liquid against a semi permeable membrane. Suspended solids and solutes of high molecular weight are retained, while water and low molecular weight solutes pass through the membrane.

Our Ultra filtration plant gives crystal clear water free from 99.9% bacteria. An ideal product for municipal drinking water filtration, R.O. feed water, treated effluent filtration etc. Our Ultra filtration plant comes with skid mounted ready to fit module with feed pump and back wash pump inbuilt.

Reverse osmosis

Reverse osmosis membranes forces water through a semi-permeable membrane, through an application of high pressure. They are typically used whenever salt removal or deionization is required. Reverse osmosis removes more than 97%-99% of the total dissolved solids along with organics, bacteria and other particulates.

Reverse Osmosis is particularly useful for areas, where water has excess amounts of Fluoride, Arsenic, Chlorine and other contaminants. Reverse Osmosis systems produce water at a much slower rate, compared to Ultra filtration systems, but multiple reverse osmosis systems can be coupled with each other conveniently to increase the flow rate.

Nano Filtration

Nano filtration is a pressure driven separation process where the filtration process takes place on a selective separation layer formed by an organic semi permeable membrane. Nanofiltration membranes and systems are mostly used for water softening, food, pharmaceutical and varied other applications. Our nanofiltration process uses a relatively open RO membrane which allows water and other small univalent ions (Na+, K+, and Cl-) to pass.
